Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Equipment Cleaner)
Location: Kingston, ON
Reports to: Supervisor, Equipment Rentals
No. of Positions:1
Type:Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Hourly paid, commensurate with experiences. Comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, disability and life insurance as well as opportunity to participate in a group registered savings plan (RSP).

Job Responsibilities

  • Primarily, cleaning and sanitizing medical equipment
  • Testing medical equipment
  • Recording medical equipment’s condition (QC) as per policy and procedures
  • Stock shelves and face items
  • Maintain inventory records
  • Physically and electronically pick medical supply orders
  • Record and report internal use items
  • Physically receive shipments and goods in warehouse loading dock
  • Electronically receive items in ERP to the assigned purchase orders
  • Allocate bins in multi-bin environment
  • Report all receiving deficiencies to the supervisor
  • Release items to be returned to suppliers
  • Inspect shipments and goods for damage and product integrity
  • Record item lot numbers, serial numbers and expiry dates identified on items
  • Stage shipments for warehousing
  • Complete all required paperwork


  • Completion of high school
  • Minimum 6 months full time working experience in a warehousing environment
  • Health and safety training is an asset
  • Candidates must demonstrate basic mathematics, attention to detail, sound judgment, computer literacy, time management skills and initiative
